Terms of use

These terms are between you and Halliday Games, the organiser of the Dubai Series, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). The Official rules and each event pack form part of them; if anything conflicts, the event-specific rules apply for that event. How we handle personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

• You must be 18 or over and able to attend events in person in Dubai.
• One account per person. Keep your details accurate and your login private.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at hello@hallidaygame.com if you think it has been misused.

• Registration and participation are free. You never need to buy, hold or connect any digital asset to register, earn XP or compete.
• Event dates, venues, formats and titles may be tentative until we confirm them. We may move, postpone or cancel an event for safety, venue or other reasons outside our control, and will tell confirmed players first.
• Seats are limited per event. Eligibility does not guarantee a seat; once an event is full, confirmations join the waitlist.

• XP is earned only through missions approved by our admins. It sets your level (up to Level 31 at 9,000 XP, then 600 XP per level) and your league. Reaching Gold league · Level 11 · 1,000 XP makes you eligible to confirm a slot.
• XP, levels, leagues and cosmetics (characters, titles, frames and banners) have no cash value, are not a digital asset or token, and cannot be sold, bought, exchanged or transferred.
• Earned only — through levels and leagues. Never sold, and nothing can be bought to unlock them. They don’t expire.
• We may correct errors, adjust mission values and revoke XP gained through abuse, as set out in the mission rules.

• At events you must follow the conduct rules, the referees’ decisions, venue rules and UAE law.
• You are responsible for your own travel, accommodation and other costs of attending, including if an event is moved, postponed or cancelled.
• Prizes are subject to confirmation, identity and eligibility checks, and the prize rules. A prize may be withheld for any breach of these terms.

• You keep ownership of the posts and proof you create. By submitting proof, you allow us to review it and keep it for verification and dispute handling.
• With your media consent, you allow us to use photos and video in which you appear at events for recaps and promotion of the series. You can change this choice in your player panel at any time; it applies to content published afterwards.
• The Halliday Games name, logo, site design and artwork belong to us or our licensors. Don’t reuse them without permission.

MGC Coin (MGC) is the title sponsor of the Dubai Series. Sponsorship does not change how the series is run or how results, eligibility and prizes are decided.

Sponsored content. MGC is a virtual asset: virtual assets are highly volatile and may lose all of their value, with no financial protection. Taking part is free and never requires buying, holding or connecting any digital asset. XP has no cash value and cannot be transferred. Halliday Games does not offer, sell or advise on virtual assets.

When using the site, the player panel or our Discord, you must not:

• use bots, scripts or automation, or create fake, duplicate or shared accounts;
• submit false, edited or someone else’s proof;
• try to access other players’ data or admin tools, or disrupt the service;
• break the chat rules — including posting links, personal details, crypto or money talk, or spam in the lobby chat;
• scrape the site or harvest player information;
• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post unlawful content.

• The site and the series are provided as they are and as available. We work to keep them running, accurate and fair, but can’t promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party platforms such as Discord or Instagram.
• Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

• We may suspend or close accounts, revoke XP, mute or ban players from the chat, or remove players from events for breaches of these terms or the rules. Where reasonable, we’ll explain why and give you a chance to respond.
• You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@hallidaygame.com.
• We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on this site, and the version published here applies from the date shown.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going formal, please contact us — most issues are solved in a message.
